Orders will take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped if ordered items are on stock. In case the item is temporarily out of stock the order will be processed and shipped in 2 weeks.
Goods are delivered to the Buyer by AB Lietuvos pastas.
Regarding security reasons, the package is delivered to the provided address, personally to the recipient by signing. If, at the arrival time of the post officer you are not at home, in the mailbox you will find a message with information which post office you can withdraw the parcel at. The parcel withdrawal procedures depend on the delivery country postal procedures.
We ship the goods to the registered non-priority consignment, if necessary, the movement of the parcel can be monitored online.
Delivery of goods in Lithuania takes ~2- 3 business days. In other EU countries ~7, non-EU countries ~14 business days. Terms are subject to change during the festive period.
The order is executed upon receipt of payment, on workdays.

In case for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items in original condition are returnable for refund within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
Attention: earrings are not returnable!
Important: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
