Delivery
The items are shipped only to EU countries.
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after the payment.
The lead time of the parcels in Lithuania is 1-2 working days and 2-14 working days in the EU countries, depending on the country. Before the purchase is made, it is possible to check the expected delivery date based on the delivery address information.
The lead time may vary due to the national holidays.
Returns
The item that is not damaged can be returned within 14 days after the receipt. It must be unworn and in original packaging.
The item you wish to return is your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure it is properly packed and won’t be damaged during transportation.
We are not responsible for the items lost in transit, so please make sure you choose the safe shipping method.
Important: we don’t cover shipping costs of the returned item unless it is returned due to our mistake or poor quality.
